BLIND GUARDIAN In South Africa; Photos Available

German power metallers BLIND GUARDIAN headlined the Nightfall Festival on Saturday, October 13 in Pretoria, South Africa. Other bands that performed at the event included AGRO, ANCIENT INFLUENCE, CHROMIUM, CONTRAST THE WATER, DEITY'S MUSE, L.A. COBRA, MANINSUIT, NEW BORN FIRE and SACRIFIST.

BLIND GUARDIAN will hold a signing session at a special premiere screening of the new action/fantasy movie "In the Name of the King - Dungeon Siege" on November 29 at UCI Kinowelt Ruhr Park in Bochum, Germany. The signing session will begin at 19.00 CET.

BLIND GUARDIAN has contributed the main song to "In the Name of the King - Dungeon Siege", which is said to be the screen adaption of the successful computer game Dungeon Siege.

EMI recently re-released BLIND GUARDIAN's early albums in remastered form. The remasters include bonus tracks, new booklets, liner notes, rare band photos and videos. In addition, the first two LPs, "Battalions of Fear" (1988) and "Follow the Blind" (1989),have been remixed.
